Nuremberg, Germany, October 6, 2026 — Fieldcode will attend four European trade events this autumn. At each one, the company will show how its zero-touch field service approach links intake, scheduling, dispatching and on-site work. The goal is to cut the manual coordination between those steps.

The first stop is Field New Tech in Paris. Fieldcode then exhibits at Chillventa in Nuremberg, Service Summit in Düsseldorf and HEATEXPO in Dortmund. Each event targets a different audience, so the company will adapt its demos to every sector.

However, these sectors face similar issues. Work has to arrive in a usable state, and each job needs the right technician. Schedules also have to change when plans do. Customers, in turn, expect updates until the job is closed.

Zero-touch field service from intake to on-site work

Fieldcode does not treat planning, dispatching and execution as separate tasks. Instead, its zero-touch field service model connects them in one workflow.

Requests can arrive through connected systems, self-service portals or automated workflows. The platform then prepares tickets, builds schedules and assigns technicians. To do this, it weighs skills, availability, location, SLA terms, parts and capacity.

Dispatchers can still step in to handle exceptions or make judgment calls. Meanwhile, the system takes over routine tasks that slow work down. For larger teams, Fieldcode recently added multi-group controls for distributed field service teams.

Once a job is assigned, technicians get what they need on their mobile devices. Likewise, schedule changes, documents and customer updates stay in the same process.

Where to see zero-touch field service this autumn

Field New Tech, Paris

October 7

This event covers field intervention, technical support, mobility and planning technology. Fieldcode will show visitors how a service request moves from planning to mobile execution with fewer handovers.

Chillventa, Nuremberg

October 13–15 | Hall 7, Stand 7-447

Here, Fieldcode targets refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump service firms. The team will demo scheduling and dispatching, capacity planning, customer self-service and automated workflows.

Service Summit, Düsseldorf

November 4–5 | Stand M07

At Service Summit, the focus shifts to customer service processes. Fieldcode will show how its platform turns incoming service data into structured field jobs. It then tracks those jobs through planning, execution and customer contact.

HEATEXPO, Dortmund

November 24–26 | Hall 4, Stand D04

Finally, Fieldcode will meet operators of heating and cooling infrastructure. Its workflows help these teams coordinate installs, maintenance and repairs across many sites, even when priorities shift.

Zero-touch field service automation with people in control

At all four events, Fieldcode will focus on the link between taking in work, planning it and doing it in the field.

Fieldcode automates the steps that follow clear rules. In contrast, dispatchers and service managers keep control of exceptions and decisions that need human judgment. AI features also support ticket preparation and scheduling. The company recently added AI workflows for multilingual field service communication. These features run inside the main workflow, not as a separate layer.

With zero-touch field service, Fieldcode aims to reduce repetitive coordination. Schedules, technicians, service data and customer updates should therefore stay in sync from start to finish.

About Fieldcode

Fieldcode is a field service management software built on 25 years of global expertise. It delivers a fully automated Zero-Touch process, automating ticket movement from creation to technician without manual intervention and easing the workload for dispatchers. The software leverages cutting-edge technology to optimize field operations, simplify processes, and improve efficiency across every stage of service management. The platform is particularly relevant for complex service environments such as IT services and telecom, where work is often spread across multiple customer accounts, regions, technical teams and service partners.
